We recently reunited a gentleman with his family title, following the sad passing of his relative. We were approached by the solicitors acting as executors for the late Miss Jones; Miss Jones’ will left the title to her distant yet beloved relative Mr Smith. We worked with the solicitors to complete the necessary documentation which enabled Mr Smith to register the title in the Scottish Barony Register. He has recently begun the process of petitioning for his own arms, which will allow him to demonstrate his family heritage and personal achievements.
