We will work with you to help you find your perfect title. Sometimes we are able to offer you your desired title straight away; if we cannot immediately suggest a title which speaks to you, we can let you know when a suitable title becomes available.

Once you have chosen your title you will instruct a Scottish solicitor (lawyer) who will advise you and act on your behalf.  We can suggest some solicitors with relevant experience.

We guarantee that you will not be out of pocket if there is an irredeemable fault with the title.
